Criminal process based on the criminal codes and criminal justice during the second half of the 19. century
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá trestním procesem v druhé polovině 19. století, kdy v rámci trestního práva procesního bylo vydáno několik trestních řádů, které jsou hlavním pilířem této práce. Novým poměrům byla přizpůsobena i soudní organizace a role státních zástupců, které práce rozebírá.
Abstract:
The research thesis focuses on the criminal process in the second half of the 19. century, when the criminal procedural law was repeatedly altered by several enacted criminal codes, which are the main pillar of this paper. The judicial organization and the role of prosecutors discussed in the thesis were also adapted to the new circumstances.
