Occupational Therapy in Child Psychiatry

Abstract:

Úvod Bakalářská práce s názvem Ergoterapie v dětské psychiatrii se zabývá péčí o duševně nemocné. Poukazuje na potřebu vzniku a vývoje rehabilitačních oborů doložené z historických pramenů. Nastiňuje možné blízké vztahy a prolínání jiných druhů terapií s oborem ergoterapie v praxi. Cíl práce Zpracování teoretických a praktických poznatků a následné použití v praxi. Pomocí nastudování literatury a odborných periodik pochopit prožívání duševně nemocných a pomoci jim rozvíjet chorobou narušené stránky plnohodnotného každodenního života. Metody a výsledek Pomocí pozorování, testování a doptávání se probanda v hlavní části práce vytvořit plán pro ergoterapeutickou intervenci vzhledem k zjištěným obtížím vycházející z ergoterapeutického vyšetření a anamnestických údajů. Zhodnotit úspěšnost intervence pomocí výstupního ergoterapeutického vyšetření a zaměření se na dlouhodobou péči a rehabilitaci mimo zdravotnické zařízení po propuštění do domácího prostředí. Diskuze a závěr Zamyšlení nad výsledkem ergoterapeutické práce s probandem a hledání nových možností a jiných přístupů. Zhodnocení současného ústavního působení na výchovu a formování osobnosti dítěte.

Abstract:

Background The bachelor thesis entitled Occupational Therapy in Pediatric Psychiatry deals with the care of the mentally ill. It points out the need for the development of rehabilitation field from historical sources. It outlines the possible close relationship and intertwining ofother types of therapies with occupational therapy in practice. Aim It is the processing of theoretical and practical knowledge and its subsequent use in practice. By studying literature and academicjournals, to understand the experience of the mentally ill and to help themdevelop full-fledged daily life which is disturbed by the illness. Methods and Results Through observation, testing and inquiry of the proband in the main part of the work, to devise a plan for occupational therapy interventionregarding the problematic areas arising from occupational therapyassesment and anamnestic data. To evaluate the success of the intervention through the occupational therapy output assesment and focus on long-term care and rehabilitation outside of the health facility after release to the home environment. Discussion and Conclusion Reflection on the outcome of occupational therapy interve with the proband and the search for new possibilities and other approaches. Evaluation of the current constitutional influence on the upbringing and formation of the child's personality.
