Anotace:

From a global perspective, to maintain the strong and sustainable development of China's economy, it is necessary to better play the role of foreign investment in China, so it is particularly important to analyze the impact of foreign direct investment in China. Among them, the positive effect of foreign investment in China is beneficial to China's technological innovation and industrial upgrading. This paper studies the current situation and influence of foreign direct investment in China, by using investment incentive, risk, and opportunity analysis, PESTEL analysis to further improve the foreign investment environment; it also has a discussion on the investment policy and finally provide suggestions that we need to take into account the international environment and the needs of domestic economic development, focus on "high-quality" investment, and continue to strengthen the building of a business environment for foreign enterprises to create a fair, guarantee and service business environment, with foreign investment to enhance the driving force of China's economic development.

Abstract:
