The Electronization in the Tax Administration

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na problematiku elektronizace procesů správy daní. Teoretická část vysvětluje některé pojmy z oblasti komunikace mezi subjekty: míra používání internetu v ČR, vnitropodnikové procesy a jejich řízení, bezpečnost informačních systémů a princip digitálního podpisu včetně jeho vývoje a využití v Česku. U charakteristiky ADIS (automatizovaný daňový a informační systém) autorka vychází ze své 13leté praxe. Praktická část obsahuje SWOT analýzu zavedení elektronického podpisu ve správě daní a některá doporučení, jež by mohla přispět ke zvýšení počtu podaných daňových přiznání elektronickou cestou.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to provide a complex view of the problems concerning the electronization in the tax administration. The theoretical part explains some terms of the communication area between subjects: level of internet using in the Czech Republic, in-house processes, and its workflow, IS-security and a princip of the digital signature including its progress as well as its use in the Czechia. The author comes out from her 13-year work experience by characteristics of the ADIS (Automated Tax Information System). The practical part contents SWOT analysis of the electronic signature implementation in the tax administration and also some recommendation which could help to increase the number of the electronic tax declarations.
