Tato diplomová práce se zabývá predikcí finanční tísně společností v České republice a finanční analýzou společností, kterým hrozí bankrot. Práce poskytuje podnikovým manažerům postup a způsob jakým mohou včas odhalit firmy, které by jim v budoucnu z důvody finanční tísně nebyly schopny uhradit jejich pohledávky.
