Abstract:
Cílem práce je rozbor trestněprávní praxe v městečku Smidar v letech 1631-1769, tedy případů projednávaných v tomto období. Hlavním pramenem pro tuto bakalářskou práci bude smolná kniha městečka Smidar z let 1631-1769. Výrazná pozornost bude věnována zejména typu projednávaných případů, postupům při vyšetřování a konečným rozsudkům.
Abstract:
The goal of this work is analysis of criminal-law practice in a city of Smidar, years 1631-1769, so cases, which happened during these years. Main source for this bachelor thesis will be Black book of Smidar, years mentioned above. Huge focus will be given especially to the types of discussed cases, ways of approaching to them during investigation and final judgements.
