Czech translations of Homers epics
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vyhledání pokud možno všech dostupných českých překladů Íliady a Odysseie a jejich zhodnocení v kontextu kulturním a literárně historickém dobovém prostředí. Nalezené překlady jsou srovnávány po stránce prozodické, metrické, lexikální, stylistické i syntaktické.
Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is to find, all available Czech translations of the Iliad and the Odyssey and their evaluation in the context of cultural and literary history background. Translations are compared in terms of prosodic, metric, lexical, stylistic and syntactic.
