The influence of winter training period on level of motor abilities and skills of youth soccer players
Abstract:
Bakalářské práce se zabývá vlivem zimní přípravy na úroveň pohybových schopností a dovedností hráčů fotbalu žákovských kategorií. V teoretické části se zabývá výkonem a sportovní přípravou dětí. V části praktické srovnává pomocí vytvořené testové baterie úroveň pohybových schopností a dovedností hráčů.
Abstract:
Undergraduate thesis examines the influence of winter training period at the level of physical skils and abilities of football players of pupil categories. In the theoretical part deals with the performance and sports training for children. In the second part compares level of physical skills and abilities of players by using a test battery.
