Human Resource Management in IT Sector, Employee Education and Motivation.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of human resource management (HRM) - particularly in the context of allocation, development and motivation. The thesis summarizes the theoretical information in the aforementioned areas, and describes the design of a module, designed for employee development and the management of their skills.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou správy lidských zdrojů - hlavně z hlediska alokace, rozvoje a motivace. V práci jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky ke zmíněným oblastem a popisuje návrh modulu, který podporuje rozvoj zaměstnanců a také správu jejich znalostí.
