Development of selected aspects of the communicative competence of students secondary vocational schools

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a analýza způsobů rozvíjení komunikativních kompetencí studentů středních odborných škol. Práce se zabývá vysvětlením hlavních pojmů, jako jsou rámcové vzdělávací programy a klíčové kompetence. Především je zaměřena na rozvoj komunikace, teorie komunikace, druhy komunikace, předpoklady správné komunikace a komunikaci ve škole. Důležitou částí je popis metod ve vyučování. Průzkumu, který se zaměřuje na komunikační dovednosti studentů, se zúčastnilo 10 učitelů a 54 studentů. Bylo zjišťováno, jak respondenti vnímají důležitost komunikačních dovedností a co je třeba dělat pro zlepšení těchto dovedností. Z průzkumu mezi učiteli byly zkoumány metody, které jsou používány k rozvoji komunikativních kompetencí. - Průzkum mezi studenty byl pak zaměřen na náměty aktivit, které by ve škole rozvíjely tyto kompetence. V poslední části jsou výše zmíněné metody popsány a zanalyzovány.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the ways of developing the communicative competence of high schools students. The thesis deals with explanations of key concepts, such as framework educational programmes and key competencies. First of all the thesis is focused on communication, communication theories, types of communication, assumptions of correct communication and communication in school. An important part of it is the description of the teaching methods. The survey focusing on the communication skills of students was attended by 10 teachers and 54 students. It examined how respondents perceive the importance of communication skills and what is necessary to be done to improve these skills. In the survey of teachers, there were identified methods that are used for developing a communicative competence. In the survey of students, there were recognized themes for activities that develop these competencies at school. The above-mentioned methods are described and analyzed in the last part.
