Experimentální hodnocení heterogenních svarových spojů potrubních tras havarijního napájení parogenerátorů

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se na základě experimentálních prací zabývá provedením zhodnocení problematiky degradačních mechanismů poškození heterogenních svarových spojů potrubních tras havarijního přívodu demivody k parogenerátorům se zaměřením na základní poznatky metalurgické svařitelnosti. Teoreticko-metodologická část diplomové práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu svařování, rozdělení technologie svařování, svařování metodou TIG/WIG 141, heterogenními svarovými spoji a jejich svařitelností, základními degradačními mechanismy, austenitickou Cr-Ni ocelí, feritickou ocelí, korozivzdorností materiálu a problematikou svařování v jaderné energetice dle dostupných zdrojů. Při návrhu vybraného tématu se vycházelo se zaměřením na strojírenskou praxi a přidanou hodnotu poznání svarových spojů a jejich zkoušek na provozním zařízení. Aplikační část diplomové práce je zaměřena na experimentální hodnocení na vzorcích potrubních tras, kde se zabýváme zkoumáním heterogenních svarových spojů, které byly poskytnuty na výzkum společností ČEZ a. s. z jaderné elektrárny Temelín. Na zkušebních vzorcích potrubních tras 1TX11Z03, 1TX12Z03, 1TX14Z03 byly provedeny kontroly a zkoušky svarových spojů, které lze rozdělit na nedestruktivní (NDT) a destruktivní (DT), které jsou vykonány dle platných ČSN EN ISO norem. Pro nedestruktivní zkoušení a kontrolu vad se použily metody: vizuální kontrola (VT), kapilární (penetrační) zkouška (PT), radiografická (prozařovací) zkouška (RT). Pro zjištění chemického složení daných ocelí bylo využito spektrální analýzy X-Ray. Dále se provedla analýza měření obsahu feritu pomocí feritoscopu a měření tloušťky stěn základních materiálů s ultrazvukovou sondou (UT). V oblasti destruktivního zkoušení bylo provedeno metalografické hodnocení svarových spojů se zaměřením na jejich makrostrukturu, mikrostrukturu, zkoušky tvrdosti a mikrotvrdosti podle Vickerse (HV) a tahovou příčnou zkouškou. Odborný výzkum včetně všech vykonaných zkoušek byl proveden v laboratořích VŠTE v Českých Budějovicích. V závěru diplomové jsou poslední kapitoly věnovány celkovému shrnutí dosažených výsledků a získaného poznání diplomové práce. Proběhne diskuse výsledků a stanovení návrhů na opatření, ve kterých dojde k popsání a stanovení možností různého využití v současné strojírenské praxi.

Abstract:

The diploma on basis of experimental work, thesis deals with the evaluation of the problem of degradation mechanisms of damage to heterogeneous weld joints of pipeline routes of emergency demiwater supply to steam generators with a focus on basic knowledge of metallurgical weldability. The theoretical-methodological part of the thesis deals with the explanation of the concept of welding, the division of welding technology, welding by the TIG/WIG 141 method, heterogeneous weld joints and their weldability, basic degradation mechanisms, austenitic Cr-Ni steel, ferritic steel, corrosion resistance of the material and the issue of welding in nuclear energy according to available sources. The design of the selected topic was based on a focus on engineering practice and the added value of knowledge of welded joints and their tests on operational equipment. The application part of the diploma thesis is focused on experimental evaluation on samples of pipeline routes, where we are dealing with the investigation of heterogeneous weld joints, which were provided for research by ČEZ a. s. from the Temelín nuclear power plant. Inspections and tests of weld joints, which can be divided into non-destructive (NDT) and destructive (DT), were carried out on the test samples of pipe routes 1TX11Z03, 1TX12Z03, 1TX14Z03, which are carried out according to valid ČSN EN ISO standards. For non-destructive testing and defect control, the following methods were used: visual inspection (VT), capillary (penetration) test (PT), radiographic (radiation) test (RT). X-Ray spectral analysis was used to determine the chemical composition of the given steels. Furthermore, an analysis of the measurement of the ferrite content using a ferritoscope and measurement of the wall thickness of the basic materials with an ultrasonic probe (UT) was carried out. In the field of destructive testing, a metallographic evaluation of welded joints was carried out, focusing on their macrostructure, microstructure, hardness and microhardness tests according to Vickers (HV) and tensile transverse test. Professional research, including all tests, was carried out in the VŠTE laboratories in České Budějovice. At the conclusion of the diploma, the last chapters are devoted to the overall summary of the results achieved and the knowledge gained in the diploma thesis. There will be a discussion of the results and determination of proposals for measures, in which the possibilities of various uses in current engineering practice will be described and determined.
