Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou Zmluvy o predaji podniku. Prvá kapitola charakterizuje jej všeobecné náležitosti, právnu úpravu a vymedzuje zmluvným stranám ich práva a povinnosti, ktoré im podľa kogentných ustanovení vyplývajú.
