Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá odměňováním a motivací zaměstnanců s cílem analyzovat systém odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané obchodní společnosti, určit příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodné změny. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením účelu a způsobu odměňování zaměstnanců a vysvětlením základních pojmů, nástrojů a teorií motivace zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis deals with rewarding and motivation of employees.
