Bakalárska práca popisuje problematiku vertebrogénneho algického syndrómu v oblasti driekovej chrbtice. Je rozdelená na tri hlavné časti. Prvá sa zaoberá všeobecnou charakteristikou ochorenia, anatomickými súvislosťami, etiológiou, incidenciou, možnosťami diagnostiky, liečby a prevencie.
