Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na stanovení faktorů, které ovlivňuji ekonomickou výkonnost firmy, konkrétně se jedná o maloobchodní firmu a její prodejnu. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny pojmy a ukazatele, které se vztahují k danému tématu.
