Key factors for Food Halls establishment success in Europe and UK.

Abstract:

Název bakalářské práce: Identifikace předpokladů úspěšného vzniku food hallu v Evropě a Velké Británii Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na novodobé kulturně-gastronomické trhy „food hally“ a jejich výskyt v Evropských státech a Velké Británií. Cílem práce je identifikovat předpoklady pro vznik úspěšného food hallu. V teoretické části má práce za cíl definovat pojem tržiště a jeho význam pro společnost. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na vývoj fenoménu tržiště v historii a až po jeho současnou podobu ve společnosti. Zabývá se též vývojem obchodních středisek a food courty, které funkci tržišť po určitou dobu nahradili. Výzkumná část práce si klade za cíl provést studii vybraných food hallu a provést následné vyhodnocení získaných informací pomocí vlastního výzkumu za použiti statistických funkcí. V závěru práce jsou uvedené výsledky a popis zkoumaného jevu, na základě kterých jsou stanovena doporučení pro tvorbu budoucích food hallu.

Abstract:

Abstract: The bachelor thesis is focusing on arising gastronomical and cultural markets „food halls“ and its origin withith Europenean Union countries and United Kingdom. The goal of the thesis is to identify key factors which are substantial for a successful establishment of such food hall in European Union a United Kingdom. Definition and importance of markets, as we know them today, will be described in theoretical part of the thesis. As well as its development throughout the history up until the shopping malls and food courts, which seems to be replacing traditional markets popularity. The goal of this thesis is to collect data on particular food halls and evaluate them based on own study while implementing statistical research within the data given. Research results along with phenomenon description will be displayed in conclusion of the thesis. Such results are aiming to be implemented into planning and establishment of futre food halls onwards or can be used for further research and success prediction models.
