Abstrakt Tato práce obsahuje problematiku nájmu bytu a jeho ochrany v právním řádu. Snažila jsem se čtenáři co nejvíce přiblížit, jak nájem bytu vzniká, které podstatné náležitosti je nutné znát. Abstract This thesis deals with the topic of Apartment Lease and its protection in the system of law. To those who may be concerned I tried to describe and explain methods how the Apartment Lease can start and which essential terms of contracts one needs to know.
