Bakalářská práce Efektivita a rozvoj manažerských dovedností se zabývá problematikou manažerského vzdělávání v podniku. Cílem této práce je analyzovat vzdělávání manažerů ve společnosti Ferona, a.s., zhodnotit efektivitu a přínos daného vzdělávání a dále navrhnout způsob efektivnějšího rozvíjení manažerských dovedností.
