Tato práce se zabývá porovnáním účetnictví a výkazů podle českých účetních standardů a německých HGB. V první části práce jsou popsány základní definice, zásady, cíle a uţivatelé účetnictví a jsou vyzdviţeny rozdíly v rámci dvou standardů.
