A Proposal for increasing efficiency the at internal communication at the Czech Post state owned enterprise
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na stávající efektivitu interní komunikace na České poště, s.p. Zabývá se též současnými nástroji komunikace, které zaměstnanci aktivně využívají. Také jsou zde uvedeny dopady na interní komunikaci, ty výrazně ovlivňují efektivitu komunikace.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the effectiveness of existing the internal communication at the Czech Post state-owned enterprising. It also deals with the present communication tools which employees are actively using. Also here are the impact on internal communication, it significantly the effectiveness of communication.
