Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit strategické řízení města Děčín a navrhnout změny vedoucích k jeho rozvoji. V teoretické části vysvětlujeme, jak probíhá celý proces strategického plánování a řízení. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to assess strategic management of the city of Děčín and propose changes leading to development. In the theoretical part I explain how the whole process of strategic planning and management proceeds.
