Tato práce se zaměřuje na souvislosti mezi empowermentem, psychologickou smlouvou a angažovaností na cílové skupině zaměstnanců autorizovaných autoservisů. Oblast automobilového průmyslu je málo zkoumanou oblastí, proto jsme ji zvolili za náš výzkumný cíl.
