Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá kriminalistickou biologií. Cílem práce je navržení zákona o DNA de lega ferenda na základě vědomostí ze zpracování této práce. V praktické části práce je využita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu metodou případové studie a jsou zde také zpracovány odpovědi na stanovené výzkumné otázky pro přesnější ustanovení v navrhovaném zákoně o DNA. The diploma thesis deals with forensic biology. The goal of the work is to draft the Law on DNA de lega ferenda based on the knowledge from the processing of this work.
