Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem HPLC metody s fluorescenční detekcí pro stanovení alpelisibu v lidské plasmě. Teoretická část charakterizuje alpelisib s ohledem na jeho farmakologické vlastnosti a možné indikace. Dále představuje nežádoucí reakce spojené s léčbou a jejich vliv na dávkování. This diploma thesis deals with HPLC-FLD method development for the determination of alpelisib in human plasma. The theoretical part characterizes alpelisib concerning its pharmacological properties and possible indications.
