Analysis of the of the adaptation period in alternative educational facility care

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce bude věnována tématu analýzy mechanismu adaptačního období dítěte umístěného v náhradní výchovné péči. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na problematiku dítěte s poruchou chování, umístěného do zařízení náhradní výchovné péče. Dále na mechanismy ulehčující následnou adaptaci dítěte na nové sociální prostředí, na formu i obsah adaptačního procesu, na konkrétní obecné i specifické pedagogické postupy používané v tomto období. V popředí našeho zájmu bude i problematika hodnocení a zpětné vazby v adaptačním i následném období. Věnovat se budeme také formám ukončení adaptačního období (iniciační rituály, přijímací zvyklosti, etc.) z pohledu jedince i výchovné skupiny a jeho významu pro dynamiku požadovaných změn realizovaných prostřednictvím výchovně vzdělávacího a resocializačního procesu. Praktická část bude zaměřena na rozbor pedagogické dokumentace vybraných dětských domovů se školou a výchovných ústavů. Na tomto podkladě bude provedena kvalitativní analýza "adaptačního období" v konkrétních zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče. Výsledky zjištění budou interpretovány a na jejich podkladě se vytvoří relevantní teoretické závěry. Tato zjištění se převedou do praktické roviny jako možná doporučení pro eventuální zavedení nebo zkvalitnění adaptace jako významného pedagogického prvku výchovy ve školských zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče. Ideálním vedlejším produktem může být i iniciace eventuální polemiky se zákonem č. 109/2002 Sb.

Abstract:

The final work will be devoted to the topic of analysis of the mechanism of the adaptation period the child placed in substitute care education. The theoretical part will be focused on the issue of the child with conduct disorder, which is located in the equipment replacement educational care. Further mechanisms facilitating the subsequent adaptation of the child to the new social environment, on the form and content of the adaptation process, both General and specific to a particular pedagogical procedures used in this period. In the foreground of our interest will be the issue of evaluation and feedback in the adaptation and the subsequent period. We are also forms of their adaptation period (initiation rituals, the admissions practices, etc.) from the perspective of the individual, as well as the educational group and its importance for the dynamics of the changes implemented through the educational and rehabilition process. The practical part will be focused on the analysis of pedagogical documentation of selected children's homes, school and educational institutions. On this basis will be made a qualitative analysis (m) "adaptation period" in specific devices spare educational care. The results of the findings will be interpreted and on the basis thereof, a relevant theoretical conclusions. These findings are converted into practical plane as a possible recommendation for eventual introduction or adaptation of guality as a significant element of pedagogical education in educational establishments spare educational care.
