Abstract:
Obrovskobuněčný kostní nádor je benigní, lokálně agresivní nádor kostí, pro který je typický častý výskyt recidiv. Téma bakalářské práce je charakterizace buněčných linií GCTB a jejich vzájemná interakce, kterou přispívají k rozvoji nádoru. Abstract:
Giant cell tumor of bone is a benign, locally aggressive neoplasm, that is characterized by frequent recurrences. The topic of this thesis is the characterization of GCTB cell lines and their mutual interactions, which contribute to tumor development.
