Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá neformálním vzděláváním u malých řemeslných firem. Text je rozdělen do dvou částí, první je zaměřena teoreticky, je zde vysvětlen pojem řemesla, vzdělávání řemeslníků i současný stav řemesel. The thesis deals with informal education at small craftwork businesses. The text is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, where the terms craft work, education of craftsmen and the current state of craft work are explained. Furthermore I explained further education of adults.
