Recognition in criminalistic practice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje kriminalistické metodě rekognice. Popisuje její pojem, charakteristiku, typy a ovlivňující faktory, způsob provedení, dále hodnocení výsledků a následné porovnání s vybranými dokazovacími metodami a vzájemné vztahy mezi nimi. Lze zde nalézt popis historie vývoje této metody. Práce také obsahuje stručný popis typů rekognice, které jsou doplněny obrázky znázorňující průběh procesu. Zahrnuje samotnou přípravu metody, včetně vysvětlení obsahových fází. V další kapitole je možné se dozvědět o rekognici prázdné, která není v České republice příliš známá a rozvinutá. Velmi podrobné je i téma obrazové dokumentace v kapitole hodnocení výsledků metody rekognice. Na závěr jsou uvedeny definice určitých kriminalistických metod a konkrétní rozdíly mezi nimi. V příloze nechybí ani protokol o rekognici z praxe. V této práci běžný čtenář bezproblémově pochopí definici, možnosti provedení a styl dokumentace rekognice. Pro laika by mělo být snadné porozumět pojmům uvedeným v této práci a možnost jejich vyhledání v zákoně.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the forensic method of recognition. It describes its concept, characteristics, types and influencing factors, method of implementation, evaluation of results and subsequent comparison with selected evidence methods and mutual relations between them. Here you can find a description of the history of the development of this method. The work also contains a brief description of the types of recognition, which are supplemented by pictures showing the course of the process. It includes the preparation of the method itself, including an explanation of the content phases. In the next chapter it is possible to learn about empty recognition, which is not very well known and developed in the Czech Republic. The topic of pictorial documentation in the chapter of evaluation of the results of the recognition method is also very detailed. Finally, definitions of certain forensic methods and specific differences between them are given. The annex also includes a protocol on recognition from practice. In this work, the average reader will easily understand the definition, design options and style of documentation of recognition. It should be easy for a layman to understand the terms used in this work and the possibility of finding them in the law.
