Services in the Selected Spa hotels in Mariánské Lázně

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností hostů se službami ve vybraných hotelech v Mariánských Lázních, kterými jsou Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia, Centrální Lázně Ensana Health Spa Hotel, Ensana Hvězda – Imperial Health Spa Hotel, Ensana Pacifik Health Spa Hotel a Parkhotel FOREST. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou hosté spokojeni se službami a porovnat tyto služby s vybranými hotely. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí: teoretická, analytická a návrhová. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na význam lázeňství, jeho přínosy a historii lázeňství. Těžištěm teoretické části jsou služby cestovního ruchu. V analytické části jsou nejprve představeny samotné lázeňské hotely. Výzkum je proveden na bázi kvantitativního výzkumu. V práci je použité dotazníkové šetření, které se zaměřuje na spokojenost hostů se službami. V návrhové části jsou uvedené návrhy pro vybrané hotely ze získaných informací z analytické části.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with guest satisfaction with services in selected hotels in Mariánské Lázně, which are Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia, Central Spa Ensana Health Spa Hotel, Ensana Hvězda - Imperial Health Spa Hotel, Ensana Pacifik Health Spa Hotel and Parkhotel FOREST. The goal of this thesis is to find out how guests are satisfied with the services and to compare these services among selected hotels. This thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of the spa industry, its benefits and the history of the spa industry. The main focus of the theoretical part are tourism services. In the analytical part, the spa hotels themselves are first presented. The research is conducted on the basis of quantitative research. The thesis uses a questionnaire survey that focuses on guest satisfaction with services. In the design part, there are suggestions for improvement for selected hotels based on the information obtained from the analysis part.
