Práce se zabývá daňovými úniky na dani z přidané hodnoty v České republice a opatřeními, která jsou zaváděna k jejich omezení. Budou analyzovány jednotlivé druhy daňových úniků a následně bude hodnocena účinnost jednotlivých opatření, která jsou zaváděna s cílem omezit daňové úniky. The diploma thesis engage with the tax evasion of Value Added Tax in the Czech Republic and the measures that are being instituted to their restriction. Individual types of tax evasion will be analyzed. Subsequently the effectiveness of the individual measures that are introduced with the aim of limiting tax evasion will be evaluated.
