Implementation of the Lean Production rules in the selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje postupu zavádění principů štíhlé výroby u producenta automobilových kabelových svazků. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky z oblasti štíhlé výroby neboli Lean Production a popisuje prvky neustálého zlepšování, které již dlouhodobě fungují ve vybrané společnosti. Druhá část obsahuje detailní popis implementace systému štíhlé výroby v podmínkách konkrétního podniku. V závěrečné části práce jsou na základě podrobného hodnocení řešení formulovány návrhy na zlepšení systému.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis is inquiring into implementation of the Lean Production rules by automobile wire harnesses producer. The first part of the thesis focuses onto theoretical knowledge from the Lean Production scope and describes the continuous improvement elements which are implemented in the selected company over a long period. The second part introduces particular steps of the system establishment in the real company's conditions. The final part contains the solution effectiveness evaluation and gives an indication of improvement trends based on performed analysis.
