V této bakalářské práci je vypracována literární rešerše zaměřená na téma Možnosti analýzy obsahových látek chmele v pivu. První část práce popisuje rostlinu Chmele otáčivého (Humulus lupulus) a jeho morfologické znaky. Přiblíženy jsou látky obsažené v šišticích této rostliny. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic Possibilities of Analysing Hop Substances in Beer. The first part describes a plant called Humulus lupulus (hop) and its morphology. It also includes a description of substances contained in cones of this very plant. The second part deals with several methods and their principles, which allow us to analyse these substances.
