Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu vybrané společnosti. Dynamické okolí, ve kterém podnik působí, je ovlivňováno řadou faktorů, kterým se musí přizpůsobovat, aby udržel tempo s konkurenčními společnostmi v odvětví.
