Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování dvou podnikatelských plánů, které mají rozšířit a vylepšit aktivity hotelu Dvorana. První část práce je teoretická, kde jsou zkoumána teoretická východiska dané problematiky v souladu se zadáním práce. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje dva konkrétní podnikatelské plány, které vycházejí z teoretických poznatků sepsaných v první části práce. Cílem prvního podnikatelského plánu je rozšíření podnikatelských aktivit hotelu výstavbou nového apartmánu a druhý podnikatelský plán se zaměřuje na renovaci kongresových prostorů v hotelu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on developing two business plans to expand and improve the activities of the hotel Dvorana. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical background following the assignment. The second part contains two business plans prepared according to the theoretical background in the first part of the bachelor's thesis. The first business plan focuses on expanding the hotel's activities by building a new apartment, and the second one with the renovation of the hotel's congress facilities.
