Táto práca poskytuje bližší pohľad na reklamačný proces v režime Dohovoru OSN o zmluvách o medzinárodnej kúpe tovaru. Zaoberá sa rôznymi typmi vád, ktorými môže tovar trpieť, s tým, že bližšia pozornosť je venovaná rozdeleniu vád na vady skryté a vady zjavné.
