Customer preferences in the spa industry
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současných potřeb, preferencí a požadavků zákazníků s ohledem na lázeňství České republiky. Cílem práce je popsat stávající situaci v sektoru lázeňství a zjistit aktuální zákaznické preference, na jejichž základě je možné navrhnout vhodná doporučení. Z provedených analýz jsou vytvořeny návrhy pobytového balíčku a balíčku s doplňkovými službami.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of actual needs, preferences and requirements of customers with regard to the spa industry in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to describe the current situation in the spa industry and to find out the actual customer preferences, on the basis of which it is possible to propose appropriate recommendations.
