Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podrobný popis získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v konkrétní organizaci. V teoretické části je popsán jak proces získávání zaměstnanců i s jeho metodami, tak proces výběru nejvhodnějších kandidátů. Praktická část je věnována samotnému výzkumu.
