Abstract:

Komplexní a vynikající management je čerstvá krev společnosti. S globalizací ekonomiky a zesílením konkurence je prostředí, kterému podniky čelí, složitější a proměnlivější. Podniky na různých trzích prokázaly různé metody řízení. Na černém trhu dosáhlo mnoho společností na černém trhu lepších výsledků díky svým vlastním metodám řízení. Příspěvek se zabývá teoretickou analýzou a analýzou případových studií. Teoretická část je založena na řízení černého trhu a existujících teoriích a výsledcích výzkumu oficiálních ekonomických podniků. Prostřednictvím teoretického odvození jsou analyzovány hlavní modely řízení černých tržních podniků, včetně strategie konkurenční výhody, marketingových metod, metod prodeje a řízení rizik. Praktická část se zabývá hlavními metodami řízení úspěšnosti případové společnosti prostřednictvím relevantních případů a navrhuje odpovídající doporučení oficiální ekonomické společnosti. Tato práce, prostřednictvím kombinace teorie a praxe, má důležitý řídící význam pro zlepšení metod řízení oficiálních ekonomických společností.

Abstract:

Complex and excellent management is the fresh blood of the company. With the globalization of the economy and the intensification of competition, the environment faced by enterprises is more complicated and changeable. Enterprises in different markets have shown different management methods. In the black market, many black market companies have achieved better results through their own unique management methods. This paper studies theoretical analysis and case analysis. The theoretical part is based on the management of the black market and the existing theories and research results of the official economic enterprises. Through theoretical derivation, the main management models of black market enterprises are analyzed, including competitive advantage strategy, marketing methods, sales methods and risk management. The practical part refers to the main management methods for the success of the case company through relevant cases, and proposes corresponding recommendations to the official economic company. This thesis, through the combination of theory and practice, has important guiding significance for the improvement of the management methods of official economic companies.
