Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje strategiím vedení rozhovoru se sebepoškozujícím klientem v chatové krizové intervenci. Cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, zda obecně platné techniky chatové krizové intervence poskytují sebepoškozujícím klientům podporu v jejich náročné situaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V první části je rozpracovaná problematika sebepoškozování, blíže rozepsané formy krizové pomoci a internetového poradenství. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná chatové krizové intervenci, její metodice a interventům. Empirická část analyzuje techniky rozhovoru využívané pracovníky v jednotlivých fázích chatového hovoru. Výzkum je zaměřen na zjištění dobré a špatné praxe při práci se sebepoškozujícími klienty v oblasti chatové krizové intervence. Výstupy z empirické části budou použity jako podklad pro metodiku chatových rozhovorů na konkrétní lince důvěry.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with strategies of conducting an interview with a self-harming client in a chat crisis intervention. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question of whether are generally valid techniques of chat crisis intervention providing support for self-harming clients in their demanding situation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The first part elaborates the issue of self-harm, closely prescribed forms of a crisis help and internet consulting. The last chapter is devoted to chat crisis intervention, its methodology and intervents themselves. The empirical part analyzes interview techniques used by workers in individual phases of a chat call. The research is focused on finding good and bad practice while working with self-harming clients in the field of chat crisis intervention. Outputs from the empirical part will be used as a foundation for the methodical materials of chat interviews on a particular trust line.
