Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývala elektrochemickým stanovením obsahu měď vázajících proteinů v biologických vzorcích. Byla vypracována senzitivní metoda stanovení koncentrace mědi za využití elektrochemického signálu jejího komplexu s purinovou bazí (adeninu). Abstract:
This work has engaged in electrochemical determination of proteins which binds copper in biological samples. A sensitive method for copper determination employed electrochemical signal of copper-adenine complex. Detection limit of copper was estimated as 10 nM after two minutes of accumulation.
