Abstract:

Symbolickým cílem mé absolventské práce je zvýšit úroveň znalostí budoucích sociálních pracovníků a pracovnic i širší veřejnosti o fenoménu restorativní justice.Poznávací cíl představuje utřídění informací a poznatků o dané problematice, včetně analýzy kvantitativního výzkumu.Aplikační cíl realizuji prezentací výsledků mé práce na videokonferenci „Open Gate“ a předložením odborníkům z praxe, včetně oblasti mediační a probační. Tématem mé absolventské práce je restorativní justice. Jedná se o alternativní přístup řešení trestných činů. Téma mě poprvé zaujalo na konferenci o restorativní justici, kdy jsem se nad ním hlouběji zamyslela.Absolventskou práci dělím na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o pojmu restorativní justice, rozdílu mezi retributivní a restorativní justicí, jejich programech a principech. Další kapitola je věnována probační a mediační službě a vysvětluji zde také, co znamená alternativní trest a jaké jsou jeho druhy. Ve třetí a poslední kapitole teoretické části představuji potřebnou kompetenci a vzdělání pracovníka probační a mediační sužby a sociálního pracovníka ve vězení, uvádím také náplň jejich pracovní činnosti. Dále zmiňuji programy a projekty pomáhající klientům, kteří opouští vězení nebo se ve věznici stále nachází. V praktické části se zabývám kvantitativním výzkumem. Za pomoci dotazníku s 15 uzavřenými otázkami jsem hledala odpověď na výzkumnou otázku: „Liší se informovanost studentů a studentek sociální práce a jiných oborů?“ Po zpracování dotazníků jsem potvrzovala či vyvracela pracovní hypotézy, a také hypotézu hlavní, která zní: „Studenti a studentky sociální práce jsou o restorativní justici informováni více než studenti a studentky jiných oborů.“ Hlavní hypotéza se potvrdilo, stejně jako 7 z 11 pracovních hypotéz.

Abstract:

The topic of my final thesis is restorative justice. It is an alternative approach of dealing with crime. This topic firstly interested me at a conference about restorative justice, since then I started to think about it more deeply. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a concept of restorative justice, the difference between retributive and restorative justice, programs and principles. I also focuse on the probation and mediation service and explain what alternative punishment means and what its types are. In the third and last chapter of the theoretical part, I present the necessary competence and education of social worker in prison, I also state the content of their work activities. In the end of this part I do mention some programs and projects for clients who are leaving a prison or still are in the prison.In the practical part, I deal with quantitative research. With the help of a questionnaire with 15 questions, I was looking for an answer to the research question: "Is the awareness of social work students and students of other fields different?" After processing the questionnaires, I confirmed or refuted the minor hypotheses, as well as the main hypothesis: "Students of social work are more informed about restorative justice than students of other fields." The main hypothesis was confirmed, just as 7 of 11 minor hypotheses.
