Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací tenkých vrstev heterostrukturovaných nanočástic s fotokatalytickou aktivitou. Teoretická část je věnována principu fotokatalýzy, jsou představeny některé typické polovodiče s fotokatalytickou aktivitou a benefity heterostrukturovaných nanočástic, metody depozice tenkých vrstev a relevantní charakterizační techniky. This diploma thesis deals with the preparation and characterization of thin layers of heterostructured nanoparticles with photocatalytic activity.
