Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce „Problematika legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti v souvislosti s činností bank v České republice“ si bere za primární úkol vysvětlit a popsat problematiku stále širšího fenoménu, a tím je legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti, praní špinavých peněz. Legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti jakožto trestný čin patří mezi nejzávažnější kriminalitu nabourávající celý ekonomický a finanční systém. Vzhledem k tomu, že je český finanční systém založený na bankách jako majoritním finančním zprostředkovateli, je pochopitelné, že také prostřednictvím jich bude probíhat nejvíce pokusů o legalizaci takovýchto finančních prostředků, a proto by měl být také kladen největší důraz právě na prevenci bank v boji proti legalizaci výnosů z trestné činnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis „Legitimisation of the proceeds of the crime in consequence to the bank activities in the Czech republic“ is mainly focused on the description and explication of the widespread phenomenon – legitimisation of the proceeds of the crime, or so called money laundering. The legitimisation of the proceeds of the crime as a criminal offence could be considered as one of the most serious criminality causing collision of the economic and financial system. The fact that Czech financial system is built on the banks playing the role of the major financial intermediatory means that the most attempts to legitimise the financial proceeds of the crime are conducted throught banks so the the major emphasis should be put on the prevention of banks against the money laundering.
