Diplomová práce se věnuje ocenění podniku podnikajícím na trhu s nemovitostmi. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se strategické analýzy, finanční analýzy a finančního plánu. The thesis is focused on valuation of a company operating on the real estate market. The theoretical part defines the basic terms concerning strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan.
