Knižní sbírky zámku Kynžvart patří mezi nejrozsáhlejší a nejvýznamnější u nás. V úvodu práce je stručně shrnuta historie rodu Metternich-Winneburg v návaznosti na zámek Kynžvart a jeho rozsáhlý knihovní fond. Stěžejní částí práce je pak katalog literatury o sbírkách a muzeích ve dvou ze tří kynžvartských knihoven, a sice v osobní knihovně syna kancléře Metternicha Richarda a v takzvané Pavlově knihovně …more
Abstract:
The libraries of Kynžvart Castle in West Bohemia belong to the largest and most important in the Czech Republic. This work aims to show their genesis in connection to Metternich House as well as the most important moments in the history of Kynžvart Castle. The main intention was to make a catalogue of books related to museology in two youngest libraries: the Richard Library and the Paul Library.
