Obsahem mé diplomové práce je problematika cenotvorby ve společnostech poskytující služby, konkrétně ve společnosti, ve které pracuji. V teoretické části popisuji charakteristiku služeb, věnuji se cenovým strategiím, alokacím nákladů i metodám kalkulace. Věnuji se marketingu služeb i důležitým vztahům se zákazníky. The content of my thesis is the issue of pricing in companies providing services, particularly in a society in which I work.
