Mexican gastronomy in Prague - analysis of offer and demand
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo v prvé řadě zanalyzovat současnou nabídku a poptávku po mexické gastronomii a vyhodnotit potenciál mexické gastronomie v Praze. V rámci analýzy nabídky mexických restaurací bylo sledováno 10 restauračních zařízení v Praze. Pro analýzu poptávky bylo využito vlastního dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
This final thesis focuses on recent potential of Mexican gastronomy in Prague and analyses its offer and demand.
