The Application of Security Instruments in Business Commitments
Abstract:
Využití zajišťovacích instrumentů v obchodních závazkových vztazích. Práce se zabývá možnostmi a způsoby využití bankovních a nebankovních instrumentů k zajištění obchodního případu v České republice. Je zaměřena na tyto instrumenty: vlastní směnka, bankovní garance a dokumentární akreditiv.
Abstract:
The Application of Security Instruments in Business Commitments. The thesis is describing to different ways and possibilities of use of security instruments. Objective of thesis is aimed on applicaition of instruments: promissory note, bank guarantee and documentary credit in business transaction in Czech Republic.
