Tato bakalářská práce definuje pojmy jako učitel, začínající učitel, reflexe, sebereflexe a SWOT analýza. Cílem je zjistit, zda je marketingová strategie SWOT analýza vhodným nástrojem pro sebereflexi pro začínající učitele v mateřských školách. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis defines words as teacher, novice teacher, reflection, self-reflection and SWOT analysis. The aim is to find out the SWOT marketing strategy is a suitable tool for self-reflection for novice teachers in kindergartens.
