Employee benefits in holding Agrofert

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých výhod v holdingu Agrofert, a.s., kde bylo cílem zanalyzovat informovanost, atraktivnost a finanční náročnost nabízených benefitů. Veškerá péče o zaměstnance je nedílnou součástí každé společnosti, a proto jsou v jejím rámci zaměstnancům nabízeny zaměstnanecké výhody neboli benefity. Pomocí poskytovaných výhod je možné zlepšit spokojenost, motivaci a loajalitu zaměstnanců v dané společnosti. Na základě vytyčené problematiky ohledně celkového systému poskytování benefitů v holdingu Agrofert, a.s. byly vytvořeny dva dotazníky v rámci dotazníkového šetření. První dotazník pro zaměstnance byl zaměřen na to, zda jsou zaměstnanci pravidelně informováni o nabídce benefitů a zda dané benefity ve své společnosti využívají, popřípadě které benefity jsou pro ně nejvíce atraktivní a které naopak postrádají. Druhým dotazníkem pro personalisty jakožto společnosti byly zkoumány vynaložené finanční prostředky na poskytované benefity za rok 2022. Přínosem této bakalářské práce jsou zjištění, pomocí nichž jsou v závěru navrhnuta doporučení na zlepšení systému poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod do budoucích let.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits in the holding company Agrofert, a.s., where the goal was to analyze the awareness, attractiveness and financial complexity of the benefits offered. All employee care is an integral part of every company, which is why employee benefits are offered to employees as part of it. Based on the benefits provided, it is possible to improve the satisfaction, motivation and loyalty of employees in a certain company. Using the determination of issues regarding the overall system of providing benefits in the holding Agrofert, a.s. two questionnaires were created as part of the survey. The first questionnaire for employees focused on whether employees are regularly informed about the offer of benefits and whether they use the given benefits in their company, or which benefits are most attractive to them and which they lack. The second questionnaire for HR professionals as a company examined the funds for the benefits provided for the year 2022. The contribution of this bachelor's thesis is the findings, with the help of which recommendations are proposed in the conclusion regarding the improvement of the system of providing employee benefits in future years.
